Description
The iHA417W thermal module has been developed specifically for medical diagnosis. It integrates a self-developed wafer-level-package 384×288/17μm infrared detector, a 9.1mm lens, a standard 30-pin interface (with an optional Type-C expansion board) and an SDK for temperature measurement with accuracy of up to ±0.5℃. The temperature data and heat distribution it captures support radiation-free, non-invasive early disease diagnosis as well as long-distance, large-scale body temperature screening.
With a typical NETD of <40mK/f1.0/25℃ and temperature uniformity of ≤±0.3℃ (better than the industry average of ±0.5℃), the iHA417W offers better overall thermal imaging uniformity and more stable temperature measurement.
Because it needs no external blackbody, the iHA417W keeps a compact, lightweight structure that lowers integration costs. Its all-in-one standard Type-C interface handles power supply, data transmission and control, so customers can quickly develop and integrate temperature measurement systems for applications such as medical diagnosis and epidemic prevention.
The iHA417W can be integrated quickly into a variety of medical thermal imaging devices and is expected to see wide use, now and in the future, in disease screening, traditional Chinese medicine physiotherapy, health check-ups, rehabilitation and related fields.
