  1.    Kindly add in the product that you are interested and “Check Out” with brief explanation on your application
  2.    Do fill up as much as information needed so we can assist you seamlessly
  3.    Our friendly staff will contact you via email/phone to understand that you purchased the right equipment for your needs.
  4.    We will then provide you the pricing based on the models recommended and the quantity.
  5.    If everything is in order confirmation of the pricing, models, quantity, and lead time we will process your order depending on the payment scheme

  1. Yes, if you need an official quotation, do send an email to us at sales@naxsg.com and explain on how we can support you and your organization. Generally, we would need to have your company details to generate the official quotation to you. We will be most glad to arrange an appointment or conference call with you discuss further on the terms and condition to your needs

  1. Yes, we do ship international however some of the thermal cameras may have export restriction in different countries, we will advise accordingly when you have selected that. GST will not be applied for overseas shipping

  2. For foreigner travelling customer that purchases from us by flight, we will explain the procedure to redeem the GST at the airport
  1. Yes, be rest assured, all the equipment supplied comes with minimum 1 year warranty against manufacturing defect, some of them have up 2-5 years warranty.

  2. We also provide a FOC operational training to customer that purchased it from us to ensure they can get fast on track to use the equipment purchased

  3. We also provide calibration and repair services on equipment that was purchased from us to ensure that you have a longetivity usage on the equipment.
